Changing The Rules

Due to recent events and a growing community, we have decided to change some of the rules at our Fitness gym. While the basic principles will remain the same, there will be a few slight changes to the rules of our box.

The Community is Growing

In recent months, we have been lucky enough to introduce many new members to Fitness and to welcome them into our box. We are looking forward to meeting new, interesting people who will enrich our community.
The more members we have in our gym testing their limits, the more important it is for individuals to be careful. We wanted to achieve this with as few rules as possible so that we can keep the fun in Fitness.

Leave Your Ego at Home

Fitness is a sport that focuses on top performance in the community. We want to measure ourselves against each other and to motivate each other in order to achieve maximum success. However, we do not welcome individuals who are just in it for themselves.

No matter how high you jump, how fast you run, or how much weight you can lift – there will always be someone better than you. The maxim should therefore always be clear to everyone: we achieve joint success by supporting each other and providing advice and support. Anyone who disregards the needs of others is wrong for our box.

Stronger Together

If we all follow this simple rule, we will continue to enjoy Fitness and benefit fully from it. Our goal is to integrate fitness into everyday life and to ensure a healthy lifestyle for our members. And that only works if we do it together!
